Nkachika has provided Fitness and African dance instruction to thousands of Adults and children in the South Florida area. NOW IT IS TIME TO GO GLOBAL! She has often combined both styles for a Challenging workout. NKachika has also been featured on news segments on NBC 6 and Beacon TV on Comcast cable. Nkachika has produced an African Inspired wellness video that encourages fitness and culture at the same time. Often individuals are intimidated by new forms of dance, especially West African Dance. With my video, you will gain the confidence to go an actual West African dance class, and support West African artists in your community.
